Terms of use
Draft for review ยท 26 October 2026. These pages have not been finalized for public submission.
Provider and scope
Load Planner is provided under the CP Tools brand. These terms cover the CP Tools website and Load Planner. Questions can be sent to support@cptools.dev. OpenAI and other services you use have their own terms.
Access and pricing
The initial release is free, with no purchases. Public information about Load Planner does not itself grant access to a private development version. Access to the plugin depends on its published availability and the host platform's requirements.
Your inputs
Use only information you are authorized to provide. Check cargo quantities, dimensions, per-piece weights, stacking restrictions, equipment assumptions, and extracted document values before calculating a plan. You retain rights in your cargo information and exported plans. You authorize processing of your inputs as needed to provide the requested planning functions.
Planning limitations
Load Planner produces estimates using packing algorithms; it does not guarantee the smallest possible equipment count. Plans are not engineering certificates or regulatory approvals. Before loading, independently verify equipment and door dimensions, payload, floor and axle loads, stability, handling paths, securing, and applicable transport requirements. Oversized or unallocated pieces require separate attention.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you have no right to use. Do not represent a generated plan as an official safety or compliance certification.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or be unavailable and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that results will meet a particular operational need. You are responsible for checking a plan before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and contact
The privacy policy explains data handling. Contact support@cptools.dev about the service, these terms, or a privacy concern.
